OUR STORY IS A TYPICAL AMERICAN SUCCESS STORY.

Back in 2000, there wasn’t a decent health club or spa in north Miami Beach. Our owner envisioned a place where you could get all your health and beauty needs in one place, and he found the perfect location in an abandoned oceanside restaurant. He designed the build out and put in the work: first came the beauty salon, then the spa, followed by the gym and the nutrition store. A tanning center soon followed. Fourteen thousand square feet of exercise and relaxation opportunities all in one place.

The Miami Beach Gold’s Gym is now long gone, just like Idol’s, David Barton, Oxygen, Extreme, and so many others. Beach Body is still here, as strong as ever.
