The reception from our members could not have been better. This first CardioBox class was full of energy and excitement. We kicked and struck to release the tension of the day, in order to start the week with all our potential. We followed the first thirty minutes of impact moves with suspension training targeting legs and abs. Great job, ladies!
Whatever little energy we had left, we tapped into it and applied everything we know for a full hour of Zumba. I showed the group some new moves, and you responded very positively. Nice crowd. It will only get better.

This extremely fun workout incorporates a lot of routines that will improve your cardiovascular system, which is extremely helpful in our fight to lose that unwanted weight. The average person will burn about 800 calories in a Zumba class. Same as Spinning. The main difference being that you won’t even notice all that effort it actually requires.
